Order cancellation and refund

The order can be canceled at any time prior to delivery of the same to the transportation company and no later than 7 days after the purchase date. Please inform us of the cancellation by e-mail to

The funds for the canceled product will be returned no later than 10 (ten) days from the date of the respective request, less the delivery costs.

Return and exchange policy

The product can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the package form the delivery service.

Important! The products delivered to you can not absolutely correspond to those placed at our web site, because they are produces individually by request. We can guarantee only approximate correspondence.

We will not be able to fulfill our obligations in terms of return if upon inspection of the product after returning the following will be revealed:

  • breach of the product service conditions and inappropriate use of our products;
  • thermal shock evidence;
  • mechanical damage – scratches, dents, shears;
  • unintended use of our products;
  • swelling of wood surface after exposure to water;
  • application of solvents and abrasive cleaning substances;
  • completion of guarantee period

In case of detection of defects

Please contact us via e-mail and describe the problem. Applications are accepted within 14 days from the date of the product purchase. Upon revision the decision will be made (within 10 calendar days) in respect of the defect elimination, replacement and delivery of the new product.

Product damage during transportation

We can exchange the product to a similar one in terms of appliance and price, however only after receipt of the damaged product and no later than 1 (one) month from the date of handing over of the damaged product to us by delivery service.

The refund for damaged products is possible. The refund is made within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the damaged product by us from the transportation company. The cost of return delivery from your location to Arkhangelsk city is not refundable.
